Info on using the FTP site
IMPORTANT: If you plan to supply a file via our FTP site, you MUST alert your Account Rep or Customer Service to ensure your job is processed in a timely manner. Please be sure to identfy your file with your organization's name.
FTP Instructions:
To use our FTP site, you must use Internet Explorer to browse to the site. The site address is ftp://ftp.lanepressofalbany.com
If you don't have Internet Explorer, you must use an ftp client. Call us for further instructions on using an ftp client.
Clients may upload files to the FTP site. After uploading, the file may not be visible. Clients may call or email their rep to verify that files were received.
